| An electronic guide to procedures before,
during and after the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004
Professor Barry Redding, until recently Professor of Town Planning studies at the University of the South Bank, has been closely following the legislation since the very first prenouncements were made in 2002. He has tracked in detail every proposed amendment and produced an holistic, scrupulously detailed analysis of what it all means to everyone involved in the practice.
Now with the help of Geoffrey Parsons and IFPI's skilled in-house team of graphic designers, this mine of information has been presented electronically using the flowcharting techniques adopted by the authors and their publishers with enormous success the last time the legislators assaulted the planning system - in 1974 this same team took the Community Land Act and Development Land Tax Act apart and put it together again in a format that busy people could easily assimulate.
